On Site Repairs are house calls. We come to you in your home or office.

Remote Computer Repair

Remote Repairs are completed using screen-sharing technology along with a phone call.

Your technician will call you, and walk you through the few easy steps needed to grant them one-time access to your computer. Once connected, they’ll remain on the phone with you until they’ve completed your repair.

We recommend remote repair for most cases.

It’s less expensive, it easier to schedule, it’s safe – no contact computer support, and there’s a “no fix, no fee” guarantee. If we can’t help you remotely, there’s no charge for the attempt.

Remote Computer Support: $75 p/hour

One hour minimum, after which time is billed in quarter-hour increments of $18.75.

In Home Computer Support: $125 p/hour

One hour minimum, after which time is billed in quarter-hour increments of $31.25.

Yes, instead of our hourly rate, you can purchase discounted (3-4 hour) blocks.

On Site Computer Repair Discount

Save over 20% when you purchase 4 hours of in-home computer support.

Any remaining time after your service is completed can be used in the future toward any hourly computer service.

One hour minimum per visit, after which time is deducted from your block in quarter-hour increments.

4 Hour Block (On-Site): $500 $399

Remote Computer Repair Discount

Save over 10% when you purchase 3 hours of remote computer support.

Purchasing this block also removes our 1 hour minimum – block time is consumed in quarter hour increments.

Any time remaining after your service is completed can be used in the future toward any remote service.
